Heather Hay, Registered Psychotherapist qualifying, MACP in process, under clinical supervision.
Are you ready to explore new ways of perceiving yourself and experiencing your world by building on your existing strengths and resources? My approach combines mindfulness and person centred psychotherapy to help individuals transform their perspective and achieve balance and equanimity in their lives.

Who is your yoga instructor?
Jess Perez, certified yoga instructor with a focus on trauma-sensitive practices, current Master of Counselling student.
Jess has been practicing yoga for 15 years. After experiencing the benefits for her mind, body, and soul, she decided to take a teacher training course six years ago and has been teaching ever since. She loves seeing how people embark on their journey of introspection and learn to view themselves through a new and empowering lens. Her classes emphasize attunement that helps people move out of their minds and into their bodies, facilitating day-to-day activities and navigating challenges with ease. With Jess, you will learn how to practice yoga asanas on the mat so that you can take the yoga practice with you wherever you go.
An avid traveler who has visited more than 50 countries, Jess is always on the lookout for the best places to practice her favorite sports like rock climbing, mountain biking, and snowboarding. She believes that yoga’s emphasis on mindfulness, flexibility, and strength directly improves her performance in these activities, and she enjoys sharing these benefits with students.
Currently pursuing a master’s in counseling, Jess is expanding her knowledge of the healing arts of talk therapy to combine it with somatic practices and work one-on-one with clients. Jess loves to chat about yoga, travel, or outdoor sports before or after class.

...XC-1yokLpEl4WouT81oVNjj--Sww&oe=67E768BB | Please welcome Mercy to our volunteer counselling team.
About Mercy:
Supervisor: Tala El-Achkar
Life can sometimes feel like an uphill climb, especially when you are
carrying the weight of unresolved relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, or navigating the twists and turns of life transitions. I understand how isolating and overwhelming these struggles can be. Having grown up in a family affected by relationship conflict and navigating life in a new country, I understand how challenges can shape us. These experiences inspire my work as a therapist to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s complexities.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I support individuals through life’s challenges using integrative, humanistic, psychodynamic, and solution-focused techniques. I offer a compassionate space for you to explore your inner world and heal at your own pace. I respect that you are the expert in your life, and together, we’ll honour your experiences, explore your inner world, and foster healing aligned with your goals to create the changes you seek.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, you do not have to face it alone. I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 30-minute consultation to explore your challenges and what's holding you back and work together to find a way forward that honours your unique needs. I am here, ready to support you on your journey, one step at a time.

About Grace Gutierrez:
I am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology (expected graduation Dec 2024) and practicing as a student therapist under the clinical supervision of an approved supervisor. My approach centers on the belief that every person is the expert of their own life, and I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you feel seen and supported.
With experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.
